Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you don’t remember your password, you can always request a temporary password and create another.

1.Go to the app or eu.salusconnect.io
2.At the bottom of the screen, click Forgot your password?
3.Enter your account email address.
4.Choose Email Temporary Password. A temporary password will be sent to you.
5.When the password reset email arrives, click the Reset Password button.
6.Enter and confirm your new password.
7.Click Save New Password.
8.Login with your email address and new password.

How Do I Change My Password?

You have the ability to change your Smart Home password at any time. There is no limit on the amount of times you can change your password.

1. Click your name on the top menu bar
2. Select My Profile
3. Click on Change password under your email address.
4. Complete the following fields:

  • Old Password
  • New Password
  • Confirm Password

5. Click Submit.
Your new password is saved. Next time you log in, use your new password.

How Do I Log In To My Account?

You can access Smart Home either through the app or visiting eu.salusconnect.io.

1. Click on Sign in at the bottom of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. To stay signed in without having to re-enter your information, put a checkmark in the box labelled “Keep me logged in.”
4. Click Sign in.

How Do I Log Out?

From App:
1. Click on the menu icon located on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select Logout.

From Website:
1. On the menu bar next to your name, click on Logout.

Login Troubleshooting Tips

If you receive an error message when you try to login to your account, try one of these tips below.

Error Message Reason Troubleshooting Step
Maximum Login Attempts After five (5) failed login attempts, you will be locked out for 30 minutes for security reasons. Wait for 30 minutes. Then log in again using your Smart Home username and password.
Your password or email address is incorrect. Please try again. Smart Home did not recognize the information you entered.  Either you’ve:

  • not yet created a Smart Home account;
  • entered an incorrect password or;
  • entered the wrong email address.
Try to re-enter your username and password up to three (3) more times. If you still cannot log in, click on Forgot your password? to reset your password.
